The examiner wants you to pass. They will not trick you. They simply need to be sure that when you walk into a London pub or a Sydney job interview, you won't freeze. Stage 5 is where Callan students become Callan speakers.

For learners of English as a Foreign Language, the Callan Method is synonymous with speed, repetition, and pressure. Designed to mimic the natural pace of native conversation, the method is divided into 12 stages. While Stages 1–4 build a foundation of survival vocabulary and basic grammar, Stage 5 is widely regarded by students as the first major "filter." Callan Method Exam Stage 5
