English Plus 3 Tests -

1. Purpose and Audience The tests are designed for students using the English Plus 3 coursebook (Oxford University Press). The target audience is young adolescents (ages 12-15) at a CEFR level A2 (high beginner) to B1 (intermediate). Their purpose is to assess vocabulary, grammar, communication, and integrated skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking) from each unit.

Summative end-of-unit testing, benchmark progress checks. Not sufficient for: Holistic communicative competence or portfolio-based assessment.
