"Not now." Main Plot A: The Avalanche A mass casualty event hits: a tour bus returning from Mount Rainier has been caught in an early-season avalanche. 17 injured, 4 critical. Among them is a pregnant woman, Nina , and her estranged sister, Dr. Samira Khan , a renowned trauma surgeon who left Grey Sloan five years ago after a falling out with Meredith. and Samira are forced to work together in

Tag Scene (Post-Credits): Catherine Fox is in a private jet, watching news footage of the avalanche. She dials Richard.
"You're not a victim, Andrew. You're an accomplice. You knew what Dad was doing to those patients—the unnecessary surgeries, the insurance scams. You covered for him for years. Alex's fists didn't make Dad a monster. He already was one." Then dies
, sensing her distance, proposes again. In the middle of the avalanche chaos, he drops to one knee in the supply closet.
"Nick? It's me. I'm ready to talk."
Meredith looks at Samira. "You didn't run." Samira: "Neither did you."
"You're not a monster, son. But you've got to stop punishing yourself for your father's sins. That man is dead. You're not him. But you will be if you rot in here without fighting." Plot C: DeLuca’s Reckoning Andrew DeLuca is discharged from the hospital, but he's not okay. His father, Vincenzo DeLuca , survived the beating but is now paralyzed from the waist down. He's filed a civil suit against Alex—and against Grey Sloan for "fostering a violent work environment."
