After the events of the original film and Stitch! The Movie , Lilo and Stitch are part of a larger mission. The evil Dr. Jumba Jookiba had created 626 "experiments" (genetically engineered chaotic creatures), all deactivated and stored in a pod canister. When the canister is opened, the pods scatter across the Hawaiian islands. Lilo and Stitch must capture each experiment (activated by water) before they cause trouble, and help them find a useful purpose (the "one true place").
