✅ – Cylinder head, pistons, connecting rods, crankshaft, bearings. ✅ Fuel system – Injection pump timing, injector servicing, governor adjustments. ✅ Cooling & lubrication – Oil pump specs, pressure checks, water pump rebuild. ✅ Torque specs – Every single bolt (head bolts, con rods, flywheel, etc.). ✅ Tolerances & wear limits – Bore, ring gap, valve clearance, crankshaft runout. ✅ Gaskets & sealing – OEM part numbers and cross-references. ✅ Troubleshooting flowcharts – Hard start, blue/white/black smoke, low power, knocking.
