TORA is a legacy Windows application (from the 1990s–2000s). It is no longer officially supported, but it remains a popular free tool for students learning OR algorithms. You need large-scale real-world problems (use Python/OR-Tools) or you use a Mac. Reminder: Always scan any downloaded .exe with Windows Defender or VirusTotal.
